How to use: We’ve provided sample text messages you can send to your employees through your company’s preferred text messaging platform. Before sending, be sure to remove the brackets and customize each message to fit your needs.

How to use: Download and customize the emails by adding in your group’s details. Plan to send the first email to your employees on the first day of open enrollment. The second email should be sent 3 to
4 days before open enrollment ends.
