After reviewing the support options included in their health plan, Shelly and James register Tyler for coaching through Emotional Well-being Resources.
A wide range of offerings
Tyler completes a digital self-assessment that recommends a six-week online stress and anxiety program. The program includes phone-based support from a wellness coach, along with digital tools and resources to help him build emotional support and strengthen his social connections.
Tailored solutions
Tyler and his coach agree that he would benefit from some additional support. Shelly reaches out to her EAP to get Tyler virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of their home.
On-demand counseling
After completing the EAP sessions at no additional cost, Tyler continues seeing his therapist through his behavioral health benefit.
Continuity of care
With the help of comprehensive mental health management, Tyler has developed the coping skills and support he needs to be comfortable with the changes happening in his family. Thankfully, he’s feeling positive again.
